Beginning life as a way to help our own employees enjoy a more productive and happier working life, VibeCatch was such a success that we wanted to give other companies access to our product. Since then, our practiced method has been refined and tested in countless industries and businesses, and the platform has developed into what it is today.

QWL (Quality Work Life) is the scientific approach engineered by university professors to assess and implement employee feedback and create a better work environment. The method brings together a number of elements to determine how to advance company culture, how to improve the working life of employees, and how to increase the efficiency and profit of a business.

As a coach, I help management, supervisors, and work community groups build sustainable competitive advantage through skilled and motivated staff, developing customer experience, innovation culture, work life quality, and productivity. My mission is to assist individuals and work community groups in sustainably achieving their full potential.

I have a diverse 30 years of experience in international business as a leader and expert. In addition, I have operated for over 10 years as an entrepreneur and partner in staff productivity development in companies, well-being regions, and municipal organizations.

I have Dr. degree at administration and M.Sc. at technology. Currently I am adjunct professor at Lapland University and EVP at Mcompetence.

I have done my doctoral thesis named “The Tacit Signal Method in Effective Human-based Organization Performance Development”. Thesis is based on tacit signal measurement innovation which is approved at international scientific forum (Encyclopedia of HRIS 2008) and awarded at TIIM 2009 conference Best-Paper Award.

As a non-fiction writer I have written three books dealing with organization performance development, latest published at 2010 “Strategic human capital performance management”. I am specialized at organization tacit knowledge measurement and human capital performance development and analyzing. One of the freeware tools that I created along my thesis is the HCROI scenarioanalyzing that calculate business outcome that can be achieved with certain human capital utilization. In this calculation the human capital includes both tangible resources and intangible human assets, which can be measured by using tacit signal QWL measurement.

My latest research deals with management game theory and Artificial Intelligence methodology for leadership development and Employee Performance Analytics Simulation.

The initial idea of VibeCatch was mine, so I take great pride when I see how it helps businesses around the world succeed. It doesn’t only gather data from employees; it provides managers with real insights, transforming tacit knowledge into codified knowledge.

My Bachelor Degree in Engineering and Media Technology provided me the ideal base for VibeCatch, with both the concept, usability, and design skills, along with knowledge of technology. Since then, I’ve gained over 20 years of professional experience with tech startups, large tech companies, and product and consultancy companies. It was interesting to gauge how employee engagement and productivity varied in this diverse range of environments.

In general, the workplace is becoming a more complex and abstract place, and this makes it even more important that a company keeps its star performers working to their potential. The increase in flat hierarchies in the workplace make tools for listening to people - such as VibeCatch - absolutely essential. Furthermore, such tools will only become more important.

VibeCatch is already ahead of the curve, by showing managers how to improve in leadership and also showing the monetary value of doing so. We plan to stay ahead of the curve, by offering more detailed and intuitive advice in advancing the cultures of the biggest companies in the world.
